Request for Premarital Counseling

Please fill out this form if you are engaged, requesting premarital counseling and NOT being married by a North Hills Church Pastor. If you would like to request a NHC pastor to perform your ceremony, please do not fill out this form. Instead contact Heather Mikhail at heatherm@northhillschurch.com. Premarital counseling will automatically be part of the process if you are being married by a NHC Pastor.
